i have booked a pantel TPAd and got a mail from their side that deposit 3250 rs in their account after depositing i have got a mail that i will get my TPAD in a week time and till now near about a month passed and i didn't get it when contacted the customer care they even didnt receive the phone and when receive they don't give the satisfactory answer, we trust pantel just because it has tie up with bsnl now i don't know what to do i thought they run away with money and will never deliver the tablet.

[i have also deposite amount thro PNB bank still i didnt recieve any conformation of product, please give ur suggestions to how to back the deposit amount??
Same thing is true for many customers . They have collected thousands of Rs from many customers in advance , now they can buy chinese tab from collected money and re-labeled it ( this may take significant amount of time ....) .
Their Call Center's numbers are always busy , I think they have purposely closed the phone numbers to avoid customer interaction. Reply from Email from their side is always same .....
Same here they have been sending mails with various for the delay, like PNB delhi branch had fire so they did not get the payment details from the bank and now latest is they have dispatched the product but awaiting their contrated courier company GATI to revert the the POD and all this crap.
Its a completely a cheating process and run away with public money.
I feel seriously we should do something about and take it up to media so that many can be saved from such a fraud deed and can be booked as well.\

I Had booked a T-Pad IS701R on Mar 3 2012. Booking ID is PENT0067014.
After receiving payment intimation mail Rs.3749 Is paid at Erode kalaimagal school branch PNB bank on 17-5-2012.
payment acknowledgement received.
They said " After realization of the payment at Pantel Technologies from the PNB branch (which should normally take 24 working hours), and confirmation from the bank, we will deliver your product in 24 to 48 hours (for NCR/ Bangalore region) and in up to 96 hours (for all other locations), through our contracted courier service providers"
But still now product is not received.
More than 36 days gone there is no proper response given by pantel.
Customer care is not responding always put in holding for more than 10 minutes.
Kindly do the needful.

SO As per the given below email i had deposited RS 3750 total to the nearby Punjab National Bank (Nungambakkam Branch) in chennai to your M/S Pantel Technologies Pvt Ltd.
My Unique Pantel Booking ID IS: PENT0075941
And the PNB Bank reference number for Booking is M393963 payed on Date 23-MAY-2012.
I got mail 10 days back that ,product is dispatch through courier but it is a fraud ,that no one till contact.
Its already 35 days and i did not get any mail or phone from Your company regarding the product dispatch.
My product is not working
when i am switching it on it screen shows "android" and nothing happen
