I had deposited an amount of Rs.3500 at Punjab National Bank, Mulund Branch, and intimated, via email on 08th April 2012, your office about the deposit for the T-Pad IS701R with offer pack.
1) However I received the tab without the BSNL SIM card. I was telephonically assured by customer care about delivery of the same within a fortnight. However till date I havn’t received the same. I had also intimated about the same in email dt.04th May, 2012. Subsequently, I had sent two reminders on 29th May, 2012 and 4th June, 2012. Till date I have not received any communication from your side in this matter.
2) Over and above the afore issue, the tablet became nonfunctional and as per telephonic instruction I submitted the same at your service centre viz. M/s Gods Gift to Mr.Manoj, who returned me the same inside your box packing and sealed with your pantel sticker. He added to that the replacement piece would be delivered within 10 days with instruction to return the untampered sealed box to the courier personnel when he comes to deliver the new tablet. I had intimated of the same on 24th June, 2012 and in response I was informed to send the scanned DOA certificate (complaint no.PANT-MUM-12-6-14-0009). The same was emailed on 28th June, 2012. In response I was telephonically contacted by one of your office staff Mr.Avinash Jha, who informed, to my surprise, to courier the sealed box to your office.
I have approached every courier agency, who have rightly insisted that the sealed box will be couriered only when the content is shown to them. I cannot tamper with the sealed box, in which I would like to know from your goodself about how to courier the same to you? I have also emailed this matter on yesterday. However as usual there is no reply.

I am clinton thomas from puducherry.I have purchased a pantel tab from bsnl office through a shop named jupiter communications in puducherry.With in one week i got problem with its display and i went to bsnl office.Then they told they cant do anything with the complaints and told me to go to jupiter communications.The owner of that jupiter communications told that they will replace the product in one week and for one month there was no response.after nearly one month when i contacted the shop they told me that new tab has been delivered and i can come and pick the product.That time they tried to cheat me by giving a used product and I didnt accept that tab.Even the tab which i gave for replacement was in far good quality when compared to the tab that they tried to put on my head.Then i again have to wait for 2 weeks for getting the tab.When i went again they gave me another tab with its seal torn and they started arguing with me that this was a new tab.I have no other choice so i got the tab.It worked nearly for one day and its fully dead now.When i contacted pantel service center there was no proper response.I dont know where should i complaint my greviences about this pantel product.I dont know whether the jupiter communications is a fraud company or whether pantel in cheating me.Anyways most of the people who have bought their product are facing the same compliants.

I bought IS701C model tab from Pantel. They claim it to be with 512mb of RAM but when I started using it I found it had only 280mb of RAM. Sent several emails to their customer support. No one bothers to respond. They are cheating their customers.

Once while sending with the courier service which is not having branch in our area resulted wandering consignment of pantel tab for 15 days and ultimately reached in your noida office back in broken condition.

This is warned to you all that the first product is hanged,Low sound, Screen Problem,and having lot of other complaint which i have correspondend with your technical teams several times. so returned the same product to you. (mails have been forwarded to all concerned who are in a active contact with me)
It is heard that again the same product is send to me without my consent as i have requested you to send the product only of upgrade version,(Capacitive and more RAM) but you have send the same product again with the couriers which is not having branches in our area. The consignment is wandering all over odisha states cities from last few days.
I have getrid of phone calls with you as well as your resistive model of 701R, I will take shelter under consumer court if the product(20912)
1- will repeat the same complaint again.
2. will receive our destination in broken condition.
3. If the product is not send for 20919, the send the money in favour of cheque immediately and acknowledge.
i have faced a lot of problem and suffering by ordering two product of 20912 & 20919. This is warned your department as you are not looking to our willingness/requests and problems repeating the same incident again and again.

i bought IS701R model from pantel technologies. I had paid Rs 3750 for tpad and bsnl bundle pack but i have received only tpad. I called to the customer care for this but they are not responding clearly for that issue. I had paid the amount for bundle pack and tpad as per the [COLOR=#009900 !important]mail received[/COLOR] from the pantel. I haven't received the money for the bundle pack as the tpad is received before 3 months. Please reply and send either the bundle pack or the money. If not then i don't want your product and take it back and refund the whole [COLOR=#009900 !important]money[/COLOR] which i have given to you.

Dont buy t pad of penta ,bsnl officer says i have no information about this t pad, penta use only bsnl logo. This is not bsnl prouduct (logo ko ullu bana rahe hain)
Main do bar penta tab replce ker chuka hu.ab noida company penta tab send kiya hai ki naya replce ho jaye magar after 1 month koi jwab nhi mila.costmer care pe bhi harami logo ko bethaya hai.sahi se koi jawab nhi deta.kamino ka jamana hai bhai logo....................
I had bought penta Tablet “IS701C” & within a week it stops working, ticket “16540”was logged with pantel technology with DOA dated 10 Oct 2012, & now it’s been 2 month & I am still waiting for the tablet to be replaced. Every time I connect customer support, they respond back with same reply that the item is not in stock. It’s a worst experience & I believe neither have any process nor have any SLA.
As per there rules, tablet has to be replaced within 7 working days, & now it’s been 2 month.
Please guide & help me on this.

Dear SIR,
My booking id is PENT0067014.
I had received the PENTA Tablet. But Sim card not received. After 7 months i had received on 11-1-2013.
When I contact the BSNL customer service center they required Random number for activation. Then i ask the Random number from the Pantel, they replied there is no need for random number. I had referred with my friend who purchased penta tab from Local dealer and got the Random number and activated his Sim.
Then Customer care exe (Pantel) gave me one mail id Vikrant.rajan@pantel.in. You may get touch with this id they will provide the random number with in 24 hrs. i had mailed on 14-1-2013 but stil now no reply.
When i tried to contact the customer care most of the times they asking my booking id, when i tell my booking id within few seconds call getting disconnect.
Mr. Vikrant is actually available with the concern mail id or fake id like your dummy sim card.
Kindly clarify that Random number is possible or not if yes give me the Final date for providing the Random number, then after that day i will take the next step of Action.
