    Default LG customer service

    Sir/ Madam
    This is regarding the services of my LG AC. I had contacted LG customer care (1800180999)/(01139010909) on 6-April-12 and asked for my AC to be serviced.
    Job No . RNA 120406058659.
    AC Model No. LWA5EW1DF1
    Mechanic from LG customer care came to my house on 11-April-12 and told me that “Gas” is not there in AC and they needed to take our AC to their service center to refill the Gas. On 17-April-12 they took away our AC. And told me that in maximum two days “Gas” will be filled in the AC and they will be returned.
    I had wait for my AC till 25April but they did not deliver it. Then I called customer care again on 26April got new job no. RNA120426085353 and on 27April job no. RNA120427030561.Even after numerous calls to LG customer care and to the service center no AC was returned till 05-May-12. My Ac is under AMC.
    I have been contacting LG customer care and service center again and again but nobody is listening. It’s a total harassment of a loyal customer and a complete fraud.
    Kindly suggest the action I can take. Should I go to consumer forum or lodge a police [COLOR=#009900 !important]complaint[/COLOR]?

    Dear Care taker,

    Its understood that we have been commitment and the same has not been fulfilled, because of this our production is getting affected. At the cost of LG product we are loosing.

    Expecting a one point of contact till this issue is closed.

    Sorry to say about the poor service, which affects us a lot.

    Note: The same is covered under AMC – and your service agent name M/s GS Marketing ( located in Thiruvallur )

    If there is no response for this, then we need to take legal action.

    Default lg microwave is not working

    Hi!
    I PURCHASED A LG MICROWAVE(MJ3281CG-DDRQEIL) ON 1ST WEEK OF APRIL. ALONG WITH THAT I PURCHASED REFRIGERATOR AND WASHING MACHINE. MICROWAVE IS NOT WORKING FROM THE FIRST DAY. CALLED TO SERVICE STATION ON THE SAME DAY BUT ITS MORE THAN A MONTH. NO BODY IS RESPONDING FOR MY ISSUE. AFTER SPEAKING TO SO MANY PEOPLE STILL NO RESPONSE. NO BODY IS GIVING ME THE COMPLAINT NUMBER ALSO. AFTER A MONTH A TECH GUY CAME TO MY PLACE AND BREAK THE CHASES AND SAID MOTOR IS NOT WORKING NEED TO REPLACE. ON A BRAND NEW PRODUCT NOT EVEN COOKED FOR ONCE AND SOMEBODY SAY PART IS NOT FINE IT SHOWS THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT. BEING A CUSTOMER CAN UNDERSTAND IT A ELECTRONIC PRODUCT CAN GO BAD BUT ON THE FIRST DAY IF ITS NOT WORKING FINE SHOWS THAT IT WAS NOT CHECKED IN FACTORY BEFORE SHIPPING TO CUSTOMER. NOW CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY HIS TIME TO MAKE IT WORKING. THE WORSE PART IS NO BODY IS RESPONDING IN PROPER MANNER. MY TRUST TOWARD THE BRAND IS BROKE. PEOPLE WHO PUT A COMPLAINT ON MY CASE LATER STOP PIKING THE PHONE ALSO. THE BIGGEST IRONY OF THE SITUATION IS ITS A WORLD BRAND NAME. IT HAPPEN THAT THE PRODUCT CAN GO BAD BUT WHAT BOUGHT THE SERVICES, HOW ANY SERVICE STATION CAN STOP GIVING THE SERVICES OR NOT EVEN BOTHERING BOUGHT THE SERVICES. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THE NAME OFF ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ALL DENIED TO SUPPORT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. KIRAN FROM LG SERVICE STATION INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE 2 CHANDIGARH. SHE GAVE ME HER ASM(SAHIL) NUMBER TO CALL BUT HE DID NOT PICK MY PHONE CALLED 5 TIMES. I CAN UNDERSTAND PERSON MIGHT ME BUSY BUT CAN CALL BACK BUT NO RESPONSE.
    I'M COMPLETELY DISSATISFY WITH PRODUCT COMPANY AND SERVICES THE MAIN. THIS MY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE CONSIDER MY PROBLEM AND LOOK FORWARD FOR IT.

    Hi, i bought LG in Feb 2011 and now its not working properly.I lodged complaint by calling Tollfree number. I was told by them saying i will get a call in 24 hours.

    I didnt receive any call from them so far. i had to contact a local mechanic and get it repaired. I will not buy any LG product in future and will not recommend it to my friends.

    Thumbs down Dvd writer not working

    I bought DVD Writer in june 2011

    1st time DVD not working in feb
    then i replace in 1 day
    2nd time march again my 1 day gone
    3rd time may same problem DVD not working write not properly
    and replace it........
    4rth time june i will break them .........


    only one product there no gurranty no warranty....
    d*****y service...................
