Hello everyone,

I was forced to take your help by posting this in regard to NOT receiving my due of 80 DVD as part of moving from bigflix rental option to bigflix plus. I have been following up with bigflix customer service since November 2011 (by phone calls and emails also) and have called atleast 15-16 times and every time they told me that they will be sending the DVDs but so far nothing happened. Its out frustration and helplessness I have posted this and hoping that one of you will help me in addressing this ASAP.

My bigflix membership no is 18438974 (registered on 15 Jul 2011).

BTW, I was forced to opt for bigflix plus from the monthly DVD rental option and was told that I will be getting my DVD pack of 80 DVDs in 2-3 weeks time in Nov 2011.

I had already told them that I will be forced to give complain at the consumer court but they seem to NOT bother about any of those.

Just one more point, I seem to have regular problem with Reliance someway or other. Initially, it was during the purchase of my Philips home theater system from Reliance digital which later got resolved thanks to the pursuance of the Philips.
