Hi,

It's around 15 days now since I have raised a complaint w.r.t to my washing machine . The service request No: BG0112013509.

The service enginer (Mani) vistied and informed that 2 parts (Oil Sil and Sensor) are damaged and will be replaced. He informed that a person from Workshop will vist and will fix the issue. The person from wrokshop vistted after a week and told that the major problem is with another part called (Agitator) and he will bring it within 2 days. Since that vist he is not coming and keep saying the part is come tomorw, dayafter tomrw..like this.

The service people are not reponding to the request properly, even I tried calling the higher authority (Vinay Patil) on this number (9243328086), and the person disconnected my call and switched off his mobile.

Be aware of such thugs and restrict buying products from Wirlpool.
