I placed an order for Mobile Phone Samsung Galaxy R I 9103 on 02.02.2012 , my order no. 488121 was an confirmed order and day before yesterday I had a message on my mobile number 9967587680 that order being dispatched.

But very unfortunate to see on my account in KOOVS.COM website and onward talk to tele executive that order got cancelled (Suo Motto by KOOVS) due to non-availability of Samsung galaxy R in stock ….

Queries

1. How could a confirmed order be cancelled…?
2. That too after having an update that its being dispatch ?
3. I understand orders are accepted in online shopping only when there is availability of material in stock…and mine was accepted and confirmed order . Then how could same be cancelled ?
4. Its highlight an unethical marketing.
5. Or, online shopping at KOOS.COM is unsecured and unguaranteed ?

I am at a loss , as I forgone a set which was available with a local vendor at the time of booking with just few additional bucks.

Or its an unethical business practice at KOOS.COM…that available set (marked against my order ) was given to someone else from back door….
