The LCD TV we had bought around 4 years ago is having a LCD Panel Problem. I was seeing negative like images or blurred image on my TV and filed a complaint against Samsung Technical Support. The support person told me a shocking news after the visit that it was a board beneath the LCD panel problem and the board is not available as stand-alone product. It should be replaced with the LCD panel. The approximate cost for this Rs.23,000. He even said that he could get me some discount, if I want to go ahead with the replacement. I was shocked. I had paid Rs.46,000 for this crap around 4 years ago and now the replacement cost is another Rs.23,000. What is the guarantee that it would work after the replacement. I really appreciate your help in taking this to the Consumer Court. What should I do next? I saw in one other post is that I should write a letter to Samsung Head Office in New Delhi. Is the below is correct address for communication? if this is the problem then ever people who is going for the purches of LCD or LED please think twice before buying it .we are totaly in a shoking mood.requesting you to please go through my problem as soon as poosible.
