Order YBH956572 : Majesty 2 S/W Toaster received in broken condition : they are not arranging for reverse pickup and refund and dont even reply to mails.........

First they asked for snapshots, they since 20 days are not able to arrange pickup , now saying send us back.........and not refunding any money..????


So many mails have been marked but no reply........licence of yebhi should be cancelled and they should not be allowed to seel anything if they cannot provide customer the service.....they claim....?????
