    Angry Complaint against Naaptol.com

    I read NAAPTOL's advertisement in Mumbai Mirror dated 23rd Jan 2011.

    The advertisement was for following products:
    1. Car MP3 Player
    2. Car Vaccum Cleaner
    3. Pen Drive
    4. Extra Long 3 Meters Cord for Vaccum Cleaner

    My Order Number - 1288916

    Previous complaints - 472864, 595884

    However, I did not receive the extra long 3 meters cord when within the package.

    I immediately contacted the customer care helpline and they responded saying they will send it within 2 weeks. It did not arrive. I called after 2 weeks, so the customer care agent said that I should have contacted them within 2 weeks from receiving the package. Now I had contacted them but they said they will send and they did not send..So they tricked me into this. I spoke to some team lead of Naaptol customer care Mr. Mahindra Kumar and he too promised that I will receive the extra long cord within 2 weeks. But nothing yet.

    I wrote to ceo@naaptol.com and the customer care contacted me in the matter but I still have not received the cord. The problem is that without the long cord I am not able to use the vacuum cleaner in the car for obvious reasons.

    Now I demand that either I should get the cord or I should receive full refund of my product.

    Default Order no: 3070073 - HTC Touch diamond 6950 Windows

    Dear Sir,

    Myself Harsha Betageri (Harsha B M) from Bangalore. I had ordered "HTC Diamond 6950 windows mobile" but i got delivered "HTC Touch Diamond VERIZON WIRELESS XV6950" on 21/11/2011.


    Naaptol ADVERTISEMENTS is below:
    (The product is HTC Diamond 6950 Windows Mobile. It is a 2.8-inch TFT-LCD flat touch-sensitive screen handset that works only with Reliance CDMA. It has a digital camera of 3.2MP, Windows Media Player for entertainment. Long hours of battery life as well. It has 3G, GPS, EDGE Connectivity, A2DP Bluetooth, wifi, and much more inside.)

    They had gaven False statement Regaurding Network and Memory. I enquired in Bangalore Reliance Mobile centers and Called and visited for HTC CUSTOMER Care also. I got Answer that " Anywhere in India we can't convert for neither Reliance Nor other CDMA for VERIZON MOBILES." All RELIANCE CENTER are asking for "IMEI No.:" Why did they mentioned like this I don't know "THAT WORKS ONLY FOR RELIANCE CDMA". Beause of their statement I had purchased that product. They never mention ITS VERIZON WIRELESS in that advertisements. If i call for your CUSTOMER CARE number they will pick but they never said atleast "HELLO".I request them through mail also for replacement / To unlock for INDIAN CDMA/ any other sugesstion to proceed for conversion to INDIAN CDMA.

    I Request to check the Original Advertisement regarding the statement.

    Dear Sir,(NAAPTOL)

    In Past (when i purchased) i was facing the problem for activation of handset "HTC XV 6950 Touch Diamond VERIZON Wireless". That Problem was solved on Januaury. But till now internet connection had not been activated, Till Last Saturday i was quarreling with RELIANCE Outlet/Customer Care center. but i got message that " Problem was not with RELIANCE Network" the problem is from YOUR Side(naaptol).

    If I login for any website( google, gmail, facebook,Youtube, .....etc...,) It will ask for UserName, Password, Domain Name*(Provided by ISP).
    I had tried many times without entering any names, Password, Domain Name(because I don't know user name, Domain Name, Password) but I got message that "user name and password is wrong".

    Please provide me the USER NAME, PASSWORD DOMAIN NAME to activate internet.and i want know that it works 3g because you had mentioned that also in advertisements. Why you people are playing like this don't know. If you want to keep in touch with customer please keep in touch with promotions of new products. but not by problems.

    Better i suggest you people that please test the product and launch new product. else be shut down

    Once again I request you to suggest for activatation of INTERNET Connection. Please mention how many days till it will take to activate because it had processed months and months ago. because of your problem i had quarreled with RELIANCE customer care center and Outlets. Dont spoil other company names by your fault. Please activate or refund the amount Rs.5999 (purchased on cash on delivery same thing had to happen when i handover to you people).

    Still Now I did not get Any Domain Name, Password Etc.... Reguarding Internet Activation. You had mentioned only Complaint ID 2293845. Till How many days to Wait for Internet Activation. Please confirm the days to solve. also i asked whether it will work for 3G because you had mentioned in your above Advertisement Statement. At Present am handling with Reliance CDMA(BANGALORE) and Number is 7483076228. am getting present information in connections >>[ Contry Code is "1" and Area Code : "425"]. Am sending this all for your help to change or activate INTERNET connection. If i Use browser I will get this message>> "ERROR : Dailed +0 #777 User Name, Domain Name, Password Wrong." Please solve my problem.
