i HAD PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET FROM NAAPTOL(BLACKBERRY 8830) BY PAYING CASH ON DELIVERY WERE AS WHEN I STARTED THE HANDSET IT WAS FOUND FAULTY.I CHECKED THE BLUETOOTH DEVICE EVEN THAT WAS FAULTY THEN I CHECKED THE CHARGER EVEN THAT WAS NOT WORKING.tHEN I CHECKED WITH THE CHARGER EVEN THAT WAS NOT WORKING.ALL THE ITEMS FOR WHICH I HAD PAID WAS NOT WORKING.MOREOVER THE PHOTO WHICH SHOWN IN NET OF THE HANDSET IS NOT THE SAME WHICH I RECIEVED.THE SET I GOT IS VARIZONE WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTED BY SERVICE CENTER ALSO.
KINDLY HELP ME OUT AS I HAD PAID 5298 RS FOR THE SAME AND IS OF NO USE.
