Dear Sir,
I purchased a Philips Home Theater System Model HTS 3105 in the year 2006-07. One day suddenly the sound system of the HTS stopped working, only the picture was coming. I took the system to my nearest Philips Authorised service center for repairs. After keeping the system for nearly 2 months, they told me that this model's parts are no more available and hence the system could not be repaired at all.

I purchased the system at Rs.16000/-. How can I throw it away after using it for just five years. If the spares of its own products are not available with Philips, than where else can we expect to get our appliances repaired from.
