I was shocked to see our company's negative review, especially from a person who has been in constant contact with us. However, this issue could have been easily sorted out only if you would have co-operated with our team. We tried to reach you several times but either you have kept your phone off/busy or the calls went unanswered. Since we have limited number of technicians here in Bangalore and since our other service personnel are on a training, we were not able to attend to your queries in the immediate.
Requesting you to kindly take this piece of complaint offline and do let us help you fix your machine. We never believed in cheating people. We have been in the industry for quite some time now and as the best of my knowledge permits, we have never had such issues with any of the service complaints received. As for the complaint tickets are concerned, Yes we do not raise a ticket because the complaint is almost attended immediately & a log of the service is maintained. Since we have a one-to-one relationship with our esteemed customers, we remember them by their names.All said and done, Please do let us help you fix your problem.
