    Default Masseurr massage chair complaint

    I purchased a Massage chair on 5th October 2010 from a company called Masseurr, headquartered in Bangalore. Since last 6 months, ie, sometime during June time frame, the footrest failed to respond to the instructions of the machine, and is in the reclined position since then. I logged a complaint to Mr Jawar, who was the sales and service person, when I purchased the machine, but gave no response to my calls and messages. I also logged complaints with Ms Shazia at their Bangalore office, but no response on this till date.
    Today, when I spoke to Mr Niaz, the service person, he informed me that he can send the technician, only on the condition, that i would need to pay for the spare if needed to e replaced, since now it is more than 1 year since the DOP.
    My question is, what happened to my complaints from June , to the company website and on call to thier offices. Strangely enough, they DO NOT raise a ticket number, which can be referenced during the follow ups. The call centre is in its patethic state, with NO AFTER SALES intention from the company.

    I would request to take up the matter in the consumer court, to avoid the comapny from cheating people, since these chairs are very very expensive, and need a good AFTER SALES BACK UP.

    I was shocked to see our company's negative review, especially from a person who has been in constant contact with us. However, this issue could have been easily sorted out only if you would have co-operated with our team. We tried to reach you several times but either you have kept your phone off/busy or the calls went unanswered. Since we have limited number of technicians here in Bangalore and since our other service personnel are on a training, we were not able to attend to your queries in the immediate.

    Requesting you to kindly take this piece of complaint offline and do let us help you fix your machine. We never believed in cheating people. We have been in the industry for quite some time now and as the best of my knowledge permits, we have never had such issues with any of the service complaints received. As for the complaint tickets are concerned, Yes we do not raise a ticket because the complaint is almost attended immediately & a log of the service is maintained. Since we have a one-to-one relationship with our esteemed customers, we remember them by their names. All said and done, Please do let us help you fix your problem. Kindly call us or answer our call and we can sort this ammicably.
