The customer care of Whirlpool sucks!! I will suggest you not to buy anything from this company as they have a pathetic after sales service.
I bought a whirlpool double door refrigirator of Mastermind series on 9 July 2010. Since that day I am just sick and tired of this shitty appliance.
At first the door of the refrigirator was not working properly and I complained about it several times. Then they sent a stupid guy to my home who had zero knowledge and all he did was just oiled the door and took money from me for that.
The problem was still not solved and the door was still showing problems... as a result I had to keep calling them for weeks after which they finally replaced the appliance.
After a few months I noticed water emanating from above the vegetable tray. I complained a number of times and then they again sent the stupidest mechanic. He too 290 rupees from me for supposedly fixing a loose pipe behind the refrigirator. But as soon as he left I again noticed water over all the vegetables. The water sometimes gets frozen with the fruits and vegetable and then they have to be thrown away.
I tried to call him again and again but he did not pick my phone number. I tried calling their customer care hundreds of times and all that they did was repeat some cliched dialogues like "Maafi chaahunga" but they never sent anyone else to redress my grievances.

HENCE I WILL ADVISE ALL YOU READERS - NEVER BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM WHIRLPOOL. THEY SUCK BIGTIME.
