Hi,

This is regarding the booking of my DELL studio15 Laptop. I had booked this laptop on 16th of Aug 09(From Ezone Shop at Oberoi Mall,Goregaon (E), Mumbai) and got the receipt which specifies delivery date as 16th Aug 09 itself.

Sunday -16th Aug 09 : But as they didn’t have the stock they asked me to Pay 10% of the amount and to collect the laptop on coming Thursday i;e 20th Aug. However I got a call From “Nitin” the sales guy who sold me the Laptop called me on Thursday and asked me to come on Friday I;e 21st Aug.

Friday -21st Aug 09 : When I reached there on 21st. This guy and his Manager “Amol Jagtap” said the Laptops have got finished and they will only be able to give the Laptop by Sunday i.e. 23rd Aug. Though they were delivering the same model to another customer in front of us.

Sunday -23rd Aug 09 : When I reached there on Sunday. Amol said that there has been some miscommunication between Him and Dell guys and that he (Amol) will be able to provide the Laptop by Tuesday(25th Aug) only. He apologised and committed me to give me Sensei Accessories kit for the Laptop as compensation to the delay.

Monday -24th Aug 09 : When I called Amol on Monday just to confirm the delivery as I had taken a leave from my work because my working hours do not permit me to be out of the office in the evening, Amol asked me to hung up and said he will call me back. When I received no call from him for another 1 hour. I again called him but there was no answer to my call, he was not picking up the phone.

Then I called Nitin and asked him to handover his phone to Amol. Amol, who was standing close to Nitin, loudly said ”Keh de nahi hai”, which means “Tell him I am not around”.

This hurt me and I asked Nitin that I want to talk to senior management. He gave me “Richard’s” no. who, according to Nitin, heads Oberoi Mall shop. Richard and Nitin both in conference apologised to me and committed to deliver me the Laptop on Wednesday (26th Aug) with all accessories. Richard also committed that I will no longer be harassed anymore and they will contact me for any updates.

Tuesday -25th Aug 09: However, when I called Nitin on Tuesday evening that I have postponed my leave to Wednesday, he said that Laptop is not available and again asked me to come on Friday (28th Aug) or else to take my money back. Deeply hurt from this, when I called “Richard”, even he didn’t answer my call.

Now, Can anybody answer me?

· Who should I speak to have satisfactory answers and strong commitment?
· Why are these guys continuously harassing me and not giving me answers?
· On what basis anybody can ask me to take my money back, when it has been more that 10 days?
· If I had put that Money in any bank at least I would have got interest on it.
· How can he ask to take my money back after giving me pain for 10 days? Just raising hands doesn’t work.
· I never expected that this is the kind of service that Ezone offers, where people just run away from their responsibilities.
