Lucas indian service limited Sir / Madam
I had purchased a Lucas inverter & Lucas Battery from Balaji Automobiles, Mulund (W), Mumbai - 400080, on 11/02/08. With Bill & Warranty (24 months).
After some months I had a problem with the battery so I called their service person to check the inverter. After checking he told me that the Battery needs to be changed. So I took the given warranty card & the bill to that dealer and asked for the battery replacement, and now he says that he needs the warranty card of the battery (Which he has never given) otherwise he wont replace the battery and he says the battery warranty is only for 18 months(still valid up to 11/08/09)
(Actually should be valid up to 11/02/2010)

Dear Mr. Tupe,
Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. to get any solution on Company level with a copy to the Dealer. I will have to address your complaint to the Managing Director of the Co. and do keep a copy of that letter with you. Hope you will get a positive response in this concern.
