    Angry Fraud by Zion Technologies Sant nagar :New Delhi,Service centre of Apple Products

    Want to warn all against this fraud company with pathetic service.

    I had given an IPOD 4 GB for repair of a fault regarding to hanging of the software.I payed Rs 2500 as the repair fee.On connecting IPOD with the computer at home , it was found to be of 2Gb.

    On approaching the Company it said it was replaced by mistake,it said it will replace it with the original capacity,but now the comapny is harassing me by not replacing the IPOD.I made the payment on 9thMay09 , still till now they have not replaced the IPOD

    I have spent RS 3000 on visiting his shop 10 times since the incident by travelling from Noida to Delhi(Average Rs 300 on one visit),also spend around Rs 100 calling the vendor 30-40 times.

    we do agree that there was this issue create by our engineer and were waiting for a spare motherboard which was to be arranged for but since the customer was getting very much inconsolable (which he rightfully has)
    we have settled the matter by giving the working ipod back with a monetary compensation also!!!!!!

    I had given a Iphone 3G for repair of fault regarding some interference during call (some buzz noise which comes all of sudden during call but not every time).They told me to replace the speaker and Mic of the iphone ,as according to them these were the cause of interference. They charge me Rs. 3000 for replacement of speaker and Mic
    But after using the phone for few days the same problem started again, after approaching the company they said they will again repair it but again after repairing the interference noise doesn’t go away moreover a strange problem started in addition (When I press left side of my phone a disturbance comes during call, which was never existed before repair). This time when I approach them they told me that they have to check the logicboard of the phone and again I left my phone to them for two days, after getting from them I went to their office for collecting my phone but that day a new problem started this time menu button of my phone was not working properly, when I told them about this issue they told me that I have to pay addition charges for repairing of this issue, means every time when I got repaired my phone a new problem started in.
    Really I have found that the Engineers there are very inexperienced, unprofessional and what they claim that they have very good experience in repairing apple product is totally the fake.
    I will suggest everyone that please thinks twice before giving your Apple product to ZION Technologies for repairing.

    Default People save money buy second hand then pass off the responsibilty to the repairer.

    This is an extremely thoughtless way of interacting with a company Mr. Alok had bought a second hand 3g from his accomplice which had a bent and faulty motherboard of the iphone this was intimated to him also to which he agreed,we are not in the business to provide bad service and lose our face in the market just for one case,we seriously believe that instead of making new customers it is better to retain old ones for better references .Every time the particular phone is opened,the alignment goes out of shape causing some other problem to occur.The problem was there with the phone from the start and Mr. Alok was already taken for a ride by his friend who sold the phone to him in the first place and he is trying to pass off the responsibility to us ,the part has been replaced twice .
    However keeping with the good tradition of good service from our side we have intimated him about the resolution
    Its better he speaks to his friend why he sold the set to him in the first place ,the mystery would be solved!!!!!!!!!!

    Default IPHONE not repaired, After paying a lot of amount

    Hi,
    I bought a second hand IPHONE. After some time, I was facing charging problem on my IPHONE mobile handset. Then I go to Mr. John shop, for my IPHONE repairing.
    He said there is some battery fault. And he took 3000 rupee for battery replacement. But the problem was still same. The again I went to Mr john shop and said about the problem.

    That time I said that in my phone there is some main board problem. And he charged 6000 rupee for that. And after 7 days he revert back my phone. But next day the problem was same.

    Again I give it back My IPHONE to Mr. John for repairing. But from last 21 days he is not providing me IPHONe.

    Now he is saying that he is not able to resolve this issue. Then I said ok provide me my complete money back. And my phone with the same problem. Like I want my phone in previous stage same as I was giving to Mr. John.


    Every day I called to Mr. John but he is not providing my Phone .. Even I already paid 13000 rupee. And it is very huge amount for repairing..


    Now every time he charged me money for his services but problem is still there. I tried to call him but he said he will sort out this problem in jan. Now its 6 month over and he has charged me.. aprox 15000 rupee... but phone is not repaired yet..

    He is totally fraud.. I am going to raised F.I.R as cheating case. and then i will sort out this matter with court.

    as i use macbook pro, iphone and even ipod, i got to know about zion technologies thats really disappointing.. i do trust these customers n i wont even step in to zion ever..

    every time zion tried to defeat himself but now what? reply the last customer complaint.. named NITIN, and i would suggest him to definitely go to the court without wasting any more time..

    and as company said they prefer to make new customers instead of making their relationships with the old one.. huh! the worst line to b said with their own mouth..

    every customer should write if any mishap done with zion technology so that world should know...

    a) a totally fraud person will not operate from a single address from 15 years and not have a single mobile number from last 15 years
    b) you had bought a SECOND HAND PHONE FROM SOMEBODY ELSE NOT ZION TECHNOLOGIES,
    c) you were already informed that there was a lot of problems on the logic board which was replaced and still the problem persisted my senior technical person who was supposed to be on leave from 9th october was also informed to you and repeated calls were made to you to rectify the problem but you made no necessary EFFORTS reverting to us
    d) even after all that, we were willing to give a BRAND NEW IPHONE and absorption of the entire amount that you had paid but you never responded
    e) PLEASE STOP TELLING A LIE THAT THE PHONE IS WITH US AS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU AND THE CHALLAN IS WITH US TO PROVE THE POINT IT WAS A WORKING IPHONE AND REGARDS THE WIFI WAS CHECKED BY YOU IN OUR OFFICE AND YOU WERE SATISFIED THAT IS WHY YOU LEFT OUR OFFICE

    greetings to you ,yes we would definitely like to have you as our customer
    but no forcing , all companies have flip sides ,at least we do communicate back and solve all the problems till now it is 100% as for mr. Nitin's case he has been given the option and if he does not want to comply thats his choice
    keeping in tradition of the good support that we have we are still willing to service him inspite of him putting a wrong blame that we have the phone still you could make a trip to our office and we could show the signed challan of his receipt of the phone

    Zion technologies may be 15 years old in the trade , but i think actually private mobile repairing work stations started appx 7+ years and guys like you all were also queued at gaffar market for repairing phones of customers and then as per time u got impressed with the repairing business and entered into it by hiring some so called engg or doing little experiments on. so this statement of 15years is really false , person who repairs computer is not essential can repair mobile, u really need to compare the size of both and its vice versa a mobile engg cannot repair computer. I Will give 1 lac to john if he himself can replace iphone 3g touch/display on his own. so its better to be clear on your definitions, how come you guys as well as others are showing yourself as listed in service centers for the apple iphone products, whereas you do not have any certification from the principal the matter is already been raised to the patent crime vigilance division, u/s 420 , under companies law sec1129 (a) &( b) which attracts minimum challan of 4.07lac. people who have invested crore of rupees in setting up their business are fool and will allow the duplicate to exist.Do business but ethical way......

    a) yes you could very well verify we are 15 years in trade we were previously selling hp servers.laptops, and call centre solutions but due to the downturn and the bounced cheques worth lakhs from clients we had to get into the service business
    b) sorry we do not in any way project that we are connected to apple or blackberry in any way so the legalities do not come in,we always say that it is a private centre and do not touch anything in warranty,we do not display any logos in any of our websites or promotional activities ,we are not fools but intelligent people ,for all the phonecalls that come in it is our first declaration regarding our status ,for that .
    c) if people are stuck with their phones and we help them out is it our fault.If your car breaks down in this middle of the road and you have a help at hand like private companies then will you wait for them or go for the help near you .
    d) Once the phone is bought by the customer it is the property of the customer whether he takes it to authorised or private thats his call .
    e)NO we were in no way queued up in GAFFAR we have initiated this process of repairing phones from our SANT NAGAR office only.
    f)Why should Mr. John spend time and energy to replace the 3g screen when he has other people to do it
    there are lot of other responsibilities He looks after all the software problems in iphone ,blackberry and ipods .
