Hi,

I have made online payment for a Benneton watch in gift360\sodexo site and they said that they will deliver it in 21 days.
I have made the payment on 8-May-09 and i have not received the product yet.
If i make a call to the customer support (1800 425 1120) every time they are saying that they will deliver it by week end and some times they are disconnecting the call after asking for the details.
My order tracking number is 2068.
I have made payment from the ICICI debit card and it is made towards the Kaviraj house in banglore.

Please help me out.
