I was under the impression that Sony products are of superior quality and had purchased a 40" LCD TV. Its not working since last 2 days. I had registered a call at 2am on 10th Nov. I didnt get any response till 11th Morning and hence had to call support. They directed me to the service centre. At 6PM, an engineer called and asked if it is fine for him to visit us on 12th!!!. the response itself is taking time. I have other products from different vendors and am very satisfied with thier support. Sony India should improve their support. A TV purchased in 2008 going off completely is not a sign of quality. Make.Believe is a nice caption. They are living up to it - "Make.Believe". My cust ref no: 8724118
