Respected Sir/Madam,

I brought a new brand washing machine for IFB Model: AW60 8061 on dated January 13, 2011 from ACE TECHOMARK, Showroom: J-36-37, Sector-18, Noida-201301, UP. When I used this machine in apartment and found it is defected and not working. Regarding this issue I already complaint at the same showroom more than 100 times and I couldn’t get any response them. Whenever I complaint to them, they just say we will look into this as soon as, but till now there is no action has been taken by showroom management or company. When Saturday I personally meet with above mentioned showroom management and tell all issues, then they talk very rudely and abuse very-2 wrong words. After some times all employees came and start beat me and my younger brother by steel rods. Now my younger brother is admitted in ICU in Vinayak Hospital, Noida.
You are requested kindly look into this issue and do needful an early as possible.
