Sir/Madam,
We have purchased new Symphony Junior cooler(917485) from Varun
electronics, Solapur
( phone no: 0217-2629454 ) having bill No as 13969 on
date:01-03-10.But after one month of use it starts malfunctioning so
we called service person(service center mobile
no:2310645,9422459464,9326675755 ) of Symphony.
He came after one week and told us that water motor is burned then he
removed that part and told us to wait for one month as cooler is
within warranty period we can get new motor from Symphony.
Now 3 months are lapsed even then we haven't got that part and when we
call service person he is telling to wait more time.
so I request you to look into this issue and provide us that new motor
as soon as possible
as cooler is having 6 months warranty.
