i have received a phone call from Bagit today office on 12-10-2010 (Ph.Nos. 011-4956000 and 01143242000, and if I buy a Philips Music System for an amount of Rs.7598/- I will get a diamond pendant worth of Rs.5000/- and a Reebok Watch free. Accordingly, they took the order over phone and the above said amount is also drawn from Credit Card. They have given me a sms i.e., "Dear NAMBURI VENKATA your order no. is OGA 100036313 rEFERENCE BOOKING ID NO. 880177271 FOR RS.7598/- has been dispatched on 20-10-2010by BD-P-SURF 50097735450. TnC apply on 22-10-2010.

But evenafter the lapse of 15 days or more, I have not received any kind of Courier or any message from your end.

Please look into the matter and do the needful immediately.
