Dear Sir,
this is very unfortunate that I had to write this e-mail to you addressing concern
over quality of electronic goods being sold at CROMA, Belapur(Navi Mumbai) outlet.

Myself Shashi Bhushan had purchased a digital camera Olympus make on 1st of March'09
from CROMA Belapur outlet. Within 3days of purchase the cam developed problem of
blurred image. I reported this matter to customer care,CROMA belapur on 5th day( as
we were out of station). I was assured by customer care dept. that the complaint
will be taken up with manufacturer(Olympus), and the cam will be replaced in next 2
days.
I approached CROMA again on 7th day to ask for replacement, whereby I was asked to
deposit my camera as the cam has to be sent to Olympus, Fort branch for
investigation.

Now, 12 days has passed, I visited CROMA, Belapur today, to my surprise I was told
that my cam will not be replaced, and it will take another 8~10days to get the cam
repaired.

The whole episode has put me through lot of tension and agony, difficult to believe
that CROMA(TATA group) a trusted brand keeps products which fails within 3~4 days of
purchase and they fool around the customers.
