Sony Complaint No. 5397876 dated 3th/June'10- still no response/ visit by Engr. I have Purchased SONY BRAVIA 32"LCD-TV in Oct'2009. I have made a complaint to Sony Service Centre on 3rd/June'10 that it is not showing any display only sound is coming.the complaint no.: 5397876. Till date I am following but no response from SONY Service. I need help. The Model No.: 32T 550A & Serial No.: 6157561.
