At 14-01-2008 i bought an mp3 player of SENSEI company from BIG BAZAAR,v.v.complex,gopalreddy road, governerpet, vijayawada-520002.The product details are:Model no:SMP 1GBS, Serial no:BMSMP1GBS07J.It was not worked in the month of May.I directly went to the Big Bazaar,where i bought it,and said all my troubles with that one.Then he gave me the service center address at vijayawada.I went there and after 15days i got my mp3player of my expectation.It worked for some days and strated showing trouble in the month of september.
Again i took it to the service center at Visakapatnam,Sri Laxmi Ganesh Services,47-11-4,Dwarakanagar,1st lane Visakapatnam-530016, this time.I gave my mp3player for servicing on 8th october.Till now i did not get my thing back.For every 4 or 5 days i used to call him.He keep saying that "this week you will get it back sir." But the result is as usual nothing.
I lost my patience.So,i am going to solve this matter legally with the help of consumer court,India.I want to get my product back immediately or else a compensation of Rs.4000/- immediately.Thank you.
