Complaint against Whirlpool Service Department
I had bought a whirlpool split A/c last year, as per the company policy I must receive two free servicing from their side but I hadnít received a single call from your customer care department for my free servicing as this should be their executives duty to follow up with the customers.
On 24th march I called for complaining that my A/c is not working properly and they told me our engineer will visit with in 24 hour but nothing had happened, again on 26th march I called for the same complaint then your engineer came on 31st march and serviced the A/c mentioning that there was some gas problem and routine servicing.
After 15 days the same problem has occurred third time and I tried to inform to your customer care department but nothing had happened, today on 1st may I again buzz their customer care department and after having a long chat with your executives about my problem now they are saying your free servicing has over and you have to pay for this.
If their servicing would not last for one month then how many times I have to take the paid up service???
All the time i have faced the same problem in my A/c, if their is some technical problem then why they dont inform me earlier and replaced the product with in the guarentee period.
Regarding this i have sent a mail to their Service Department Head Mr. Bose but he dint call me their executive call me and harash me for 45mins but till date no one have visited and repaired my A/c.
Please do justice on my case.

My FRIDGE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS.I have AMC for 2years. on Wednesday one technician came and replaced the compressor. still no cooling. I was told by the technician that it will take upto 24 hours for full cooling. after 24 hrs I was told it will take 48 hours for full cooling. On Sunday another technician visited and said the system is faulty. then said gas charging has to be done. I am calling WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER CARE every day and wasting atleast 20 minutes in speaking to them . everyday day they assure me that someone will come and check the problem.MY FRIDGE IS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE SOME INCOMPETENT ENGINEER HAS REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR. AND STILL I CALL WHIRILPOOL CUSTOMER CARE WHO BULLSHIT ME EVERY DAY. AND STILL MY FRIDGE DOES NOT WORK. I LOST 2000/= OF GOOD MEAT FROM THE FREEZER. AND WE INDIANS WANT TO SEND PEOPLE INTO OUTER SPACE. GET THE CUSTOMER CARE TO STOP THE BULLSHIT. GET PROPER ENGINEERS TO DO THE WORK.

Complaint on Whirlpool Customer service Team
Sub: Regarding a worst service from Customer service team Whirlpool chennai.
I have 2 units of refrigerator from Whirlpool one which is frost free and one frost control. one day the frost control refrigerator has got a problem and found the frost control regulator was busted i have informed the customer service team (18601804558).They have informed me the service team will reach you, as informed the service team member said they need to change the frost controller in the right side of the refrigerator. i agreed and informed them when i can i get the spare. they said it will take a week time. it was a week and i went to the Medavakkam who has examined my fridge. when i went there they said me unprofessionally come and check with us next week. it was almost 3 weeks i went to the service center for the spare and no vain i called the customer service department and spoke with thirunayanam who introduced himself as a Supervisor but he promised me we will arrange the spare in three days, but no vain. it almost went for 2 weeks time and again called to the customer center and asked what is the status and then was transfered to Jaimohan who informed himself as the head of the customer service team. he in turn informed me he will arrange and the issue went around a weeks and one day he informed me just now Thiru supervisor has called medavakkam service center and the spare is available and he gave me the number of the service representative Viji (9962590171) i called him and enquired about the spare he said we do not have a spare and again dialed to customer service and reached jaimohan and had a conference with the service center agent Viji. but no vain they spoke in a professional manner in the conference asked to set up the fridge with in a week time but in vain. Its almost five months from the day of complaint. i called multiple times to customer service team they keep saying they donot have their supervisor they were on leave and they have left for break and i can not reach them. the first level representative informs me they will call me and give me a different timelines but i havent received any call from them. one day i reached jaimohan and he speaks to me in a non professional way. I wonder as a head who manages the call center speak in a non professional way. he informed me an audit happens as the representative has informed you there was an audit and we are busy with the audit and why are you calling? Is this a procedure that Whirlpool call center follows....
Why should i need to call if you have provided me the solution to my problem.?

Bad as can be
We bought a whirpool/KIC refrigerator end of last year, I always thought this is a good make but sad to say it seems that all I bought was trouble. The supplier replaced the fridge 3 times already and it went from bad to worse. The one they delivered now is second hand and has the same problem as the previous ones and worse of all the one panel has a "rivet" on the bottom panel. I don't know what to do anymore or what to make of this situation, but one thing I do know is that I'm not going to leave it at this.
Please advise or you leave me no choice to take this matter further.

I PURCHASE FRIDGE ONE WEEK BACK SINCE FIRST DAY ONWARDS, I LOCKED THE FRIDGE BUT THE DOOR is OPENING LITTLE BIT, IDON;T KNOW EITHER FRIDGE MAKE IS LIKE THAT OTHERWISE LOCK PROBLEM. KINDLY GIVE ATTENTION TO MY PROBLEM IF IT IS LIKE THAT MODEL KINDLY GIVE ME A ASSURANCE, THAT PROBLEM WILL NOT OCCUR IN FUTURE.KINDLY SEND SERVICE ENGINEER TO RECTIFY IT.

complain agaibst whirlpool service departmnt
I purchased whirlpool microwave grill 20l on 20/6/2012. After fe days the glass plate has been broken and i complained and odered a new one(code-258,sr no.kl0812000763). I persued several times but they did not give any positive reply an hence the microwave became useless. I dont expect this type of service from this company. Pls. Help

If there is any deficiency in products / services by any company / service provider in any sectors like manufacturing, hotels, transport, telephone department, electricity department, hospitals, banks, educational institution etc, then you can approach consumer court.
Immediately send a legal notice stating clearly all the facts, and presenting them an opportunity of 15 days to rectify the deficiency on their part. If such period has expired with no positive action on their part, you may file a Consumer Complaint before the Forum or Commission as appropriate in accordance with the jurisdiction.
You should file a consumer case against the Company for deficiency in service / product and asks for damages for mental Harassment.

complaints against whirlpool customer service centre and customer care
I purchased whirlpool refrigerator 220litre on 4 april 2011.after some time its cooling started low ,i have complaint ,a engineer came and he doesn't tell the actual reason and make temporary work on it. I paid him 1050 Rs. After 6months the problem starts again. I again complaints he again came this time he told the actual reason that this product has internal manufacturing fault so it should be changed .as it has fire in freezer I complaint I submit all the photograph and billing papers to the service centre again and again .even I submit a DD of 7245 Rs in favour of whirlpool of India ltd. . but in the period of 3 months they took no action. Daily I making complaints for many times but all in vein. They gave me new complaint no. Every time.they gave me three phone no. Of Ankit, Ashish and Kapil shrivastav . I am making call daily many times but they don't pick the phone.on saturday they told we are sending your refrigerator but after even two days I don't get my refrigerator and even now there is no response. they gave us a lot of mental harassment please give me advise that what should be done against these people.
