I had bought a whirlpool split A/c last year, as per the company policy I must receive two free servicing from their side but I hadn’t received a single call from your customer care department for my free servicing as this should be their executives duty to follow up with the customers.
On 24th march I called for complaining that my A/c is not working properly and they told me our engineer will visit with in 24 hour but nothing had happened, again on 26th march I called for the same complaint then your engineer came on 31st march and serviced the A/c mentioning that there was some gas problem and routine servicing.
After 15 days the same problem has occurred third time and I tried to inform to your customer care department but nothing had happened, today on 1st may I again buzz their customer care department and after having a long chat with your executives about my problem now they are saying your free servicing has over and you have to pay for this.
If their servicing would not last for one month then how many times I have to take the paid up service???
All the time i have faced the same problem in my A/c, if their is some technical problem then why they dont inform me earlier and replaced the product with in the guarentee period.
Regarding this i have sent a mail to their Service Department Head Mr. Bose but he dint call me their executive call me and harash me for 45mins but till date no one have visited and repaired my A/c.
Please do justice on my case.

My FRIDGE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS.I have AMC for 2years. on Wednesday one technician came and replaced the compressor. still no cooling. I was told by the technician that it will take upto 24 hours for full cooling. after 24 hrs I was told it will take 48 hours for full cooling. On Sunday another technician visited and said the system is faulty. then said gas charging has to be done. I am calling WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER CARE every day and wasting atleast 20 minutes in speaking to them . everyday day they assure me that someone will come and check the problem.MY FRIDGE IS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE SOME INCOMPETENT ENGINEER HAS REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR. AND STILL I CALL WHIRILPOOL CUSTOMER CARE WHO BULLSHIT ME EVERY DAY. AND STILL MY FRIDGE DOES NOT WORK. I LOST 2000/= OF GOOD MEAT FROM THE FREEZER. AND WE INDIANS WANT TO SEND PEOPLE INTO OUTER SPACE. GET THE CUSTOMER CARE TO STOP THE BULLSHIT. GET PROPER ENGINEERS TO DO THE WORK.
