Dear Sir,
I had bought a Videocon LCD tv (model no.VDL32HBG) on Oct 09 & found that the Piece hangs when Both sound & channel button are pressed simultaneously. i made a complaint within 15 days, and the videocon service centre at Thane accepted that this fault was reported by many of their customers. However they did not attend my complaint for the next two months. Then they repaired my tv 3 times, but they could'nt solve they problem. And after complaining for about 10 times, they replaced my tv with a supposedly new one, but then i noticed a few scratches on the tv body and screen, and i complained again. The service center people accepted that they had provided me with a used tv as they did not have a new model. So on complaining again, they provided me a new tv (model no.VDL32HBG) and assured that the problem wont recurr. But still the same problem is occuring with this new unit also.

Pls advise me what to do so as to get a new tv which is free from faults.:@
