    Default Complaint against Samsung dealer

    Dear Sir / Mam,

    We had bought some electronics from Sargam Electronics, 155, Kapil Vihar, Pitam Pura, New Delhi - 34 (Dealer of Samsung electronics) as on 27-12-09 against Receipt no. 3157. We had bought LCD 26”, LCD 22” & Microwave Oven of Samsung. But we were not told by anyone from Samsung that there is a limit of height for hanging LCD on the wall. We want to hang LCD 22” on at least 6” distance from the floor. The person from Samsung came many times but we never told that this distance will create problem. When the LCD opened to hang then we found that the picture is not clear & there is blackness on the side view of picture. Then the person who came from Samsung said that there is a limit of the height that you cannot hang beyond that, which is a clear drawback that was not told to us. Then we talked to the dealer & requested him to kindly take it back as this is the only option. He agreed & said that you can return the LCD but you will charge for the VAT amount. We went to his shop to return the LCD but he had deducted Rs. 1,500.00 for VAT in spite of their mistake. Please note that the VAT was not deposited by them till date. Mistake was from their side as we were not told that there is a limit of height on hanging the LCD which is the basic thing of selling LCD. You are kindly requested to ask them to return our money back (Rs. 1,500.00) as this was not our fault.

    Angry Complaint against LG /Ezone(Kanchanvadi) (LG Dealer)

    Dear Sir/Madam

    We had bought LG Dishwasher from Ezone, Kanchanvadi Chennai(Dealer of LG electronics) as on 03-02-2010. Today date is 08feb2010 ,till date none of the person from LG or Ezone has come for installing the product. Made serval calls to both Ezone and LG and none of them responded the call. Ezone puts blame on LG and LG put blame on Ezone. We consumer is crushed in between. During sales , Ezone promised promt delivery and service and took full cash payment. After taking cash , none of them is bothered to install the product at home. I have wasted lots of money making calls to Lg customer care , ezone people and Lg service engineers, but none of them has turned up for installing the product. The product is still in the cover as fresh. seal is also not broken from past 10 days.Kindly help me in this regard. You are kindly requested to ask them to return our money back (Rs. 30,000) as this was not our fault.

    Angry SHG Info Systems - Fraud Samsung dealer

    This complaint is against "an authorized dealer of Samsung India" - SHG Info Systems. 15 days back I purchased a Samsung printer 4300 (S/No. 62218FB2300232) of Rs. 9000/- against cash. He handed over me with printer device but without bill. When I asked for bill then he said that because of power problem bill cannot be generated now but they will courier bill to me within next 2-3 days. And after that 15 days are passed and despite of dozens of calls made by me, they people have not delivered me the bill copy of my purchase. I doubt, if they are the genuine authorized dealer of this giant. I would advise people not to visit this shop as in absence of bill, they will not be able to avail company services for the product they buy like me. Also, if Samsung India can see into this matter, that will be great help for us.

    Thumbs down complain Against sam sung mobile instrument

    sir i buy a sam sung handset GT-5620 from ,rup watch and mobile centre,near martinal bridge ,ajmer
    there is some item are mising in mobile kit such as mobile cover,and mobile battry is not well as show in mannual.
    when i told about this he ignore me
    when i want a duplicate bill of mobile due to lost of original ,that time they can't help
    So i want to say that there is a lot of problem to me and my friend,so kindlly solve this

    Default samsung dealer complaint

    i had bought a fridge from RAHUL SALES , LDH, a month back which was defective. samsung people issued me a refund cheque and told me to collect from dealer.. on repeated call and visits they refused to give the cheque and instead one employee HASAN abuse in a very filthy language.. so plz.... don don dare to go to that dealer
