this is to complain you that we are facing a problem from long time in the LG product (fridge).sheet of ice is formed on the vegetables in the vegetable box because of which all the vegetables are getting spopild.we have complaint a lot many times to the dealer but no action has been taken yet.the person from your company came and only changed the sensor and claimed that the problem has been solved but we are still facing the same problem.the product was taken from LG shoppe JAINAM NAGPUR MAHARASHTRA.The model no. of the product is 408YMQG4. The People of your company are really not bothering about the complaint after complaining a lot many times.here by we request you to see to the matter and take some action immediatly...thank you!
