I am Prabhu Patel, bought LCD TV from the Indirapuram Big bazar. I had some trouble with LCD and on 24 August 2012, I called Koryo customer care for the help. Engineer came to my house and said, one part (sound card ) need to replace . Its almost 30 days vanishes but no one came to my house to change the part. LCD is out of order and each time I called customer care, I got answer " please give us 4-5 days". Today 21th September 2012, when I called customer care, they said they need another 7 days. They were not ready to listen and disconnect the call. They need 2 month to change the part. Even not sure if they will change it or not.
