I bought hitachi AC from "KALPANA DIGITAL WORLD (1/10,12, MAIN VIKAS MARG, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI-110092)" on 27-may,2012. On 5th july-2012, it stopped working. I registered a complaint on 6th july, 2012 .Their service Engineer came on 9th july,2012 and told us that its P.C.B. is not working. He took P.C.B. with him and said we'll get our P.C.B. back in 3-4 days. Till now, we haven't got our P.C.B. back. We keep trying calling customer care, they say it will come back in 2-3 days. Till now(23-july,2012) , we haven't got our A.C. back.

I am really horrified with the experience.We went by company's name &reputation for this costly product& within warranty period,it is giving us this kind of service.What will happen once warranty expires.I dont understand whether product is bad or the service people?What kind of a product /service is this? I want my money back as I don't find this company worth enough to waste my money. Please help !
