Whirlpool Air condition - Delay in service Good Evening, Sir
we had bought whirlpool air condition 1.5 t split (Elite 18K30) in oriential super marker, Thanjavur, on 28/08/2009 with bill no. 2224. It is not working from the 1st week of June 2009. we have complaint for several times to customer care. when we complient they gave one complient no. I had complient for the first time, it was in the warranty time, that is within one year from the purchace, still now they are saying spare is not avaliable. They are saying this from June 2009 to still today. My complaint no. are 19650,44096 and so on. we are very sad of this kind of service. we are trying hard please get me some solution.

ViewSonic Not Replacing the Power supply unit of my Monitor even if its under warrant Respected Sir,
I have registered a complain to Viewsonic, my compalint No. is INAFS090900174.
The engineer visited my place on the 21/09/09 said that the Power Supply Unit needs to be replaced said that he will get it done in 2 days time. After 2 days the engineer didnt turn up I called to check, was told that will be done in two days waited for few days, nothing happened when ever i call till today i get the the reply will do in two days.
Till today 07-11-09 people at the customer service just give me false commitments and nothing is being done about it I request you to please help us in this regard, so that my issue is solved as early as possible.
