This is brought to your notice that we are facing a lot of problems in order to solve our problems in the electricity department that, we are the residents of bowenpally sec-bad,in order to dismantle the service we went to electricity department near by to new bpwenpally they have said the process in order to dismantle the service we have completed the process within 2 days but since from 3 weeks those people are making us to move around them either not giving correct response to us.And there is no correct person to give us correct response.Even mom she is illiterate and lady making her also to around the office without any response even i am also leaving my office hours moving around that work but there is no correct people to do that work so please kindly look into our matter with a humble request behalf of my mother and rectify as soon as possible i hope i would get a correct response.
