Dear Sir/Madam,

I am not sure if I am posting my complaint on correct forum (Please guide/correct me incase I'm missing anything).

Complaint:-
I have a personal property near Balangir (Orissa) municipality & I generally visit this land quarterly once. In one of my last visits I saw 3 high tension electric cables crossing over my property and for this I was never notified and neither any kind of permission was taken up from my side.
Because of this my land value has downgraded by 30% to 40%. When I visited the local Electric board they didn't bother to listen my concern.

Now my concern is to whom I should approach for this and what are my legal rights to protest this.
