Dear Sir
it is regret to say that the CSEB is charging unnecesary amount in my bill while the meter has been changed in the year 2010.and the regualar bill is being paid by me and since the inception without any default.

the current unit calculated is about 1200 max till today, if any furhther amout you have to ad or any other charges are applied then they should give any intitmation or any notice or information regarding the same alongwith the bill that the amount for the such and such thing will be added in the next bill and you will have to pay the same with the bill ,and if you have any querry please come and contact the concerning officer (the name of the concerning officer)person should be mentioned.
It is not easy to suddenly make the payment . Kindly look into the matter personally.
