I have Factory with BMC licence /Gumasta Lic, And all proper Doc since 1975
Every Year the Sect. Engineer from Electric Department of GOVT visit the premises and Inspect the Doc and Electric inspection ,

As they also Charged for Inspection Fee. Is it Proper they are doing as I am wonder If I am traveling train and While ticket checker came, BUT he never ask ticket checking fee for the Same. As that is his duty.

So Why we have to pay for the Inspection Fee? Did MSEB is not providing them Salary?

and best part they are taking in CASH so we do not have any proof to track the record. of payment
