Dear Sir
I got my electronic meter fixed in in 2009 and since then i never failed to pay my bill .and the average amount used to be 250rs. till july 2011 .

In august a staff came to take the meter reading and he gave me the bill fo 3112.00 when i asked about this bill ,he said has adjusted it manually but the actual bill is more than 15000 .00rs..i went to speak to the executive engg Mr.Toppo in khunti.he said he is unable to resolve the problem .because the billing department has gone in the private hand .and now am unable to find where to go,and how to solve this matter.and also i dont want to suffer cause of there fault. i am not in a position to run here and there ,as i am a sick and old person .so i need your help and support in this regard .please Help the needy.
