Respected Sir/Mam,
I have just moved to Mumbai some 3 months back and i reside at

In the initial month when i first moved in,i did not have an A/c for the first few days and got it installed later on.
i was astonished to see the bill amount which was around 6500 Rs.
i made a few calls to relaince but there was no response wat so ever. i then waited for the next months bill to come as i was not in town for 15 days out of 30 days and the electricity did not get used at all and was again shocked to see the bill to be around 5000 rs. I made various complaints regarding the matter and finally got my complaint registered.
The next month i was entirely at home and used the electricity with the A/c as i normally would and the bill came out to be Rs 1000
i was concerned so made another call to relaince energy to ask wat i should do about the matter, they said that my meter was replaced by a new one by relaince without my concent and letting me know after the 2nd month and on asking the reason about the same, they said they can not tell me why they changed the meter.
This is a very clear case of negligance on their part.
I am a struggler and do not have that amount of money to pay this amount.
I would really appreicate if i could get help and guidance on this matter
