Respected Sir,

Our shop is in 209, Peters Road, Chennai 14. Usually every year when there is rain in chennai we get a cable fault in the above building which is a commercial establishemt of consist of around 5 shops. We are doing retail business here. And every year we get a power failure which we complain in our department near by . It takes days to get repaired and when repaired also it last hardly for only few days and when the rain comes the cable gets burnt.

The same thing has happened this year and there is no power since sunday that is OCtober 30th night till today. We went to the AE and called manytimes for which he said the he will send the man, Till now no body has turned up.
DO the necessary and help us the middle man.
