1.      I have the honor to state that my above mentioned Electric Meter of shallow-tube-well is laying unserviceable since more then one and half year.<br>2.      Presently due to my old age and physically illness I am not cultivating my all the lands which I used to do before, but the Electric Bill is being send on regular basis as per previous consumption.<br>3.      On 26 Feb 2011 When I approached to the official of my local supply office with an Application for replacing the meter, they refused to receive the same by advising  to complain in the toll free No. i.e 18003455220. As per advice I lodge a complain in the said toll free No. But all in vain.<br>4.       In the mean Time I was Hospitalised twice Due to Sickness, (I am 80 years old) recently I was admitted  in ICCU in a Private Hospital for 11 Days and got discharged on 09 Oct 2011. Due to which I could not pay the Electric bill after July 2011, due to shortage of money. And the disconnected the supply from my shallow tube-well.<br>5.       On 31 Oct 2011 I have paid the bill of Rs.5772/- and Discon Recon Charge of Rs.100/- total Rs.5872/- vide Receipt No. 37471 and 3280 respectively.<br>6.       But till to-day (03 Nov 2011) at 10.30 AM the they have not given Electric connection to my Shallow Tube well. For which my paddy crops getting damage severely. <br>7.       In view of the above my humble request to Re-place the U/S Meter with a Serviceable one, and connection of supply should be restored immediately.   <br>
