I have received an electricity bill of Rs. 16200/- for three months on Dec 2010, Jan2011, Feb, 2011 for my two room set where I'am a Tenent of Meter No. T-10000389 at village Talhiwal, P.O. Manpura, Tehsil Nalagarh District Solan H.P.
I have give n a complaint and didnt deposited the bill.
After three months I had recived another Bill including the previous bill + surchage of Rs. 16900/- wihtout any consumption of any units.
Again I have given the complaint, visited the Sub Division Office hundred times, but all in vain. they have thousands of excuses. Mr. Chaudhary SDO Manpura, is not answering any thingh neither he is ready to listen the complaint rather he has diveided the bills into installments which has to pay ASAP other wise TDCO will be issued.

I have filed the compliant again.
I have filed the complaint twice in the E-Samadhan.-they has issued orders thrice to the baddi office but till date there is no results.


I have already paid three installments of Rs. 3000 each/ having receipt for July, Aug, Sept --total Rs. 9000/-

today I have recievd the bill for next three months i.e. June July aug 2011 its 665 units consumption and cost Rs. 1331/- with a total amount of Rs. 12484/- which is still unfair, they have not counted my installment paid.

I'm literlly harashed by this deptt. of the Govt, so requesting you to look into the matter and HOW its Possible for such a heavy electricty bill for two rooms DOMESTIC connection,

Kindly do the needful on very urgent basis and oblidge.
