    Default Complaint against BSES Najafgarh Zone (Chawla Complaint Office)

    Hi Sir,

    Please consider this as my complaint as this is very important..

    I am Jai Bhagwan S/o Sh Prabhu Dayal, resident of house no 42 village Tajpur
    Khurd P.O. Chawla, Compaint Office Chawla Najafgarh zone New Delhi-71.

    My problem is that there is no electricity at my house since last 3 days due to no
    electicity supply at my house where there is full supply of electricity in the
    village area. After facing this problem I went to Chawla Complaint office personally
    to file a complaint against this problem, but I was not aware that going there will
    instead increase my problem further. The BSES employees sitting beside the complaint
    phone number 011- 25317375, didn't even listen my problem fully and said "Jao theek
    kara denge" aap log humara dyan to rakhte nahi ho, aap humara dyan rakho, hum apka
    dyan rakhenge. Thenafter I came back to my house in a hope that may be my problem
    will get solved by next day, which actually didn't happen.

    So after this I called the BSES customer care helpline number i.e. 011 39999707 to
    lodge a complaint against this non supply of electricity at my house, where I talked
    to Mr. Ansu and he provided me a complaint number 221 at 2.15 AM on 20 Aug 09
    at around midnight and told me that it will be resolved within half an hour.
    That half an hour is still not over and we are still facing the same problem.

    Thenafter I again called the customer care helpline number who gave me a new
    complaint number, saying that the problem will be resolved within 30 to 40 minutes,
    since then I am calling the customer care number again and again with no proper
    response.

    I am providing the summary of the complaint numbers and persons to whom I talked
    below:-

    1. complaint no:- 221, Mr. Ansu at 2.15 AM on dt 20 Aug 09.
    2. complaint no:- 247, Mr. Vishal at 3.10 AM on dt 20 Aug 09.
    3. complaint no:- 287, Mr. Harshit at 4.10 AM on dt 20 Aug 09.
    4. complaint no:- 320, Mr. Ansu at 5.18 AM on dt 20 Aug 09.
    5. complaint no:- 2099, Mr. Anup at 4.15 PM on dt 20 Aug 09.
    6. complaint no:- 2429, Mr. Daksh at 6 PM on dt 20 Aug 09.
    7. complaint no:- 2429, Mr. Vinod at 7.55 PM on dt 20 Aug 09.
    8. complaint no:- 261, Mr. Aryan at 4.36 AM on dt 21 Aug 09.
    9. complaint no:- 365, Mr. Angad at 8 AM on dt 21 Aug 09.
    10. Mr. Vinay, executive who didn't gave any complaint number to us even after
    holding the call for seven minutes and then disconnected the call.
    11. complaint no:- 558, Mr. Daksh at 10.15 PM on dt 21 Aug 09.

    After lodging all the above complaints we called the-head of Najafgarh Zone, Mr.
    C.S. Sakarwal at contact number 9350261842 which was switched off at that when we
    required it the most. Then we tried at another number 32594782 where no person
    responded to us and it goes into voicemail due to which we had to pay call charges
    for atleast 15 times. I called to Mr. Sakarwal on 20 Aug 09 and he said I keep my
    phone switched off during night times as people always keep on calling me and
    disturb me, when I explained my problem to him, he said, I can't commit that the
    problem will be resolved and can't give any surety regarding this problem as so many
    peoples are having problems filed at consumer court and CM office as well, and there
    problem is still not resolved so how I can give surety of solution to your personal
    problem, we are just here to solve the problem of the whole area.

    I just want to know if an area head is responding in this manner, so how will other
    employees under him will treat an oridinary cosumer.

    I would really appreicate if an immidiate action could be taken in this regard and
    my problem is resolved as I am feeling mentally disturbed due to this problem and
    with no response from BSES.

    Dear Sir,

    Pls. send a written complaint to the MD of the Company at their Head office address. For urgent help you can contact the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of BSES Rajdhani. The Telephone numbers are: 32978194 and 32978195.

    Default no power supply

    Dear Sir,

    I am from Kashmiri COlony , Najafgarh, Paprawat road.

    We are daily facing power cut in our locaity. we registered 2-3 compalin daily on phone. but ther eis no action taken by them. teh power cut time is mainly at mornign & evening. these are the timing when everybody is busy to goingfor office. childerns are getting reday for schools.

    plz consider this mail on urgent basis.

    In my locality there are so my peoples are doing adjustment in wiring from last couple of years.
    i had done so many complaint againts them but no action taken by your's site so please take action againts them ,so that they can realise .

    Thumbs down shortage of electricity and giving suggestion regarding unless cutting of electricity

    Respected sir

    i am from Najafgarh Jharoda Kalan and i want to tell you that there is too shortage of electricity specially in the area of Saraswati Kunj .You should prepare a special time to cut electricity, but there is no such thing. you should think for some routine time to cut electricity , but there is no such routine. any time in a day you cut down electricity. i am a 11 years girl who is writing this letter to you. if you have shame about my letter then you should be follow my opinion.

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Rahul and i live in durgavihar phase-I, deenpur Najafgarh. Sir i am facing a problem of power cutt in my area which generally happens at the night time and get back in morning at 8am or sometimes at 10-11am. And this is not the matter of one or two day, it is happening since last 3 weeks for which we are facing lot of problems as you know the climate now is getting very humid and hot. My kids can't sleep in absence of electricity as they have their schools in the morning which results in their holidays.Nobody comes for repair if the fault occurs in electricity occurs at night. My complaint center is Jhatikra Mod but nobody pick up the phone if we call their for complaint. I think this kind of staff should be fired off and new ones should be employed.

    Hi ,
    i Just want to tell you that i live in durgavihar behind radhaswami satsang in dinpur my nearest power station is jhatikra. i would like to tell you that the persons, agent or officers, work in jhatikra office they doesnt give the number of his office even they people are using abuseing language. if you not take this action so i will goo on BSES CEO AS WELL FOR THIS MATTER I REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICES WITH OUT ANY REASON THEY PEOPLE CUT THE LINE EVERY DAY as well iam working in yatra.com send me mail for resolve this qry as soon as possible

    Angry Line Disconnection from the main pillar no:160

    Dear Sir/Madam

    This is to inform you that we are having frequent power cut,as pillar no:160 is faulty,we called on customer care number but noby is bothering abt it.Everytime we have to hire a private electrician to rectify the error and we have to pay him everytime stiil the problem is not sorted out.

    So I would request you to kindly send a lineman/electrician to resolve the issue at the earliest

    Default threating given by bses line man mr.sunil kumar

    Dear bses delhi


    my request no - r2803110001490 & demand note no - 11040415 .i had given rs.5400/- against application no -n266011040206 on dated 08/04/11 in dabari office for new connection . On 13/04/11 a lineman from local divition offce (mangalapuri) came for my new connection at my new flat & told my servent(19/20 yrs old boy) that without any "karcha-pani" he will don't give us any connection & also gave same type of information to my husband on his mobile who was in the office in that time & even i was also in my job place; .but on today(5/04/11) your local divition office send another lineman mr.sunil kumar to my house. Mr.sunil kumar also call my husband for the same "kharchapani" ;when my husband not aggrieaed for any type of bribe then mr.sunil kumar snatched rs.100/- from my servent forcefully . When i came to my house i saw that my servent's mental condition was very very critical because mr.sunil kumar behaved with him like hitlarin charcter or you can say like a murderar onlyfor rs.100/- .when i had a ring to mr.sunil kumar ( 9718981147) to asking like that behavior he was leterary shout on me and threat to me that no one take any type of action on him & also told me that i just waist his valuable time so he snatch rs.100/- from my servent.& also told that minimu rs. 1000/- is rq for "kharchapani". When i told him that he is bound to give me a new connection without any type of bribe ;then he had replyed that he will provide us wrong connction which will be turn over a big fire to my house.

    I just want to ask one question to bses company that why are you play game with the public & harashed our peaceful life like that.

    I am affraid that after given proper payment to your commpany i will get my new connection to my new flat or not.

    I requesting you people that kindly look into the matter & take proper action against this type of gunda person.

    I hope you can understand my mental position & expect better service from bses company & kindly arrange my new connection asap by belivable line man ;because my servent will be alone in my house during office time .

    Default Complaint regarding delay in getting Electricity connection

    Dear Sir,

    This is is to inform you that I, Gaurav, proprietor of Divye Overseas having its registered office at Plot No 31, F14, Surya Tower, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi – 110063 have applied for an electricity connection with BSES on April, 21, 2011 via request no 1804110000880. All documents were collected at site and receipt of the same was duly acknowledged by Mr. Jitender Das on April 21, 2011. However, no action was taken from your end due to which I personally visited the BSES office at Punjabi Bagh, where I was informed that site visit is pending and I need to wait for another week. I was also given a new request no 8000008821 stating that there has been a change in the software so in future I need to refer to the new request no.I would also like to mention that post my visit to the BSES office, no action has yet been taken by BSES for providing me an electricity connection. I have tried to contact your customer care centre @ 011-39999707, but ironically I have been ill treated by your customer care staff and have just been given run around by them.
    I am forced to right this email to you anticipating prompt action and response from your end. Please note today is May 15, 2011(almost a month) since I initially requested for a connection but no action has been taken (Site visit is still pending). I humbly request to expedite this process and help in providing an electricity connection at the earliest.
