Please consider this as my complaint as this is very important..
I am Jai Bhagwan S/o Sh Prabhu Dayal, resident of house no 42 village Tajpur
Khurd P.O. Chawla, Compaint Office Chawla Najafgarh zone New Delhi-71.
My problem is that there is no electricity at my house since last 3 days due to no
electicity supply at my house where there is full supply of electricity in the
village area. After facing this problem I went to Chawla Complaint office personally
to file a complaint against this problem, but I was not aware that going there will
instead increase my problem further. The BSES employees sitting beside the complaint
phone number 011- 25317375, didn't even listen my problem fully and said "Jao theek
kara denge" aap log humara dyan to rakhte nahi ho, aap humara dyan rakho, hum apka
dyan rakhenge. Thenafter I came back to my house in a hope that may be my problem
will get solved by next day, which actually didn't happen.
So after this I called the BSES customer care helpline number i.e. 011 39999707 to
lodge a complaint against this non supply of electricity at my house, where I talked
to Mr. Ansu and he provided me a complaint number 221 at 2.15 AM on 20 Aug 09
at around midnight and told me that it will be resolved within half an hour.
That half an hour is still not over and we are still facing the same problem.
Thenafter I again called the customer care helpline number who gave me a new
complaint number, saying that the problem will be resolved within 30 to 40 minutes,
since then I am calling the customer care number again and again with no proper
response.
I am providing the summary of the complaint numbers and persons to whom I talked
below:-
1. complaint no:- 221, Mr. Ansu at 2.15 AM on dt 20 Aug 09.
2. complaint no:- 247, Mr. Vishal at 3.10 AM on dt 20 Aug 09.
3. complaint no:- 287, Mr. Harshit at 4.10 AM on dt 20 Aug 09.
4. complaint no:- 320, Mr. Ansu at 5.18 AM on dt 20 Aug 09.
5. complaint no:- 2099, Mr. Anup at 4.15 PM on dt 20 Aug 09.
6. complaint no:- 2429, Mr. Daksh at 6 PM on dt 20 Aug 09.
7. complaint no:- 2429, Mr. Vinod at 7.55 PM on dt 20 Aug 09.
8. complaint no:- 261, Mr. Aryan at 4.36 AM on dt 21 Aug 09.
9. complaint no:- 365, Mr. Angad at 8 AM on dt 21 Aug 09.
10. Mr. Vinay, executive who didn't gave any complaint number to us even after
holding the call for seven minutes and then disconnected the call.
11. complaint no:- 558, Mr. Daksh at 10.15 PM on dt 21 Aug 09.
After lodging all the above complaints we called the-head of Najafgarh Zone, Mr.
C.S. Sakarwal at contact number 9350261842 which was switched off at that when we
required it the most. Then we tried at another number 32594782 where no person
responded to us and it goes into voicemail due to which we had to pay call charges
for atleast 15 times. I called to Mr. Sakarwal on 20 Aug 09 and he said I keep my
phone switched off during night times as people always keep on calling me and
disturb me, when I explained my problem to him, he said, I can't commit that the
problem will be resolved and can't give any surety regarding this problem as so many
peoples are having problems filed at consumer court and CM office as well, and there
problem is still not resolved so how I can give surety of solution to your personal
problem, we are just here to solve the problem of the whole area.
I just want to know if an area head is responding in this manner, so how will other
employees under him will treat an oridinary cosumer.
I would really appreicate if an immidiate action could be taken in this regard and
my problem is resolved as I am feeling mentally disturbed due to this problem and
with no response from BSES.
