    Default unfair & wrong bill

    Respected Sir,
    I am forced to write this complaint against MSEB because i have been getting wrong bills from mseb from like last 30 months or so.....
    i am writing this complaint because i am fed up of asking the officer in charge to help me out with false bill issue.....
    There wud b no 1 in my house, I used to be there in my house only for bout 15 days in a month
    i used to get bills in negative..... even then i used to go to complain to the oficer they used to tell your work would be done....... this has been going on for 30 months and now all of a sudden they send me a bill of rs 29,550/- but my usage has been the same......
    i dont know what happened for them to charge me this much bill..... and when i told them i will report to consumer forums that officer tells me do what you want........
    i hope you will consider my request and do something that will benifit me.......
    THE name of the said officer is (Assistant Engineer bill department: MR Chavan Patil)

    Dear Makrand,

    First I would like to know that have you made any written complaints to the concerned Electricity Co.? Because according to you, the Co. is sending wrong bills for last 30 months, which is quite a long period to tolerate. Secondly, do you have any strong reason to say that the sent bills are wrong or inflatted. I would also like to know about that recent the bill, which was sent to you by the Co. amounting rs. 29,550. Is that bill is showing any reason for that huge amount?

    Kindly reply me soon as these point needs clarification to provide you any suggestion for your complaint.

    Sorry sir the only mistake i have done is that i did not give a written complaint to the authorities.....
    Since i got negative bill i cud not pay the bill.........but never the less i complained to the authorities.....
    i am having this problem since approximately oct 2006...............
    yea i am absolutely sure beccause i used electricity however less it might be..... and no 1 can possibly get a negative bill......
    and bout the bill....... ill just go to a cyber cafe and scam 2-3 recent bills....... and also i will send you the photo of my meter..........
    is there anything else you would like to know so that i would provide you with details.......
    P.S : and yes when i met the officer he told me that 90% of the fault is ours and 10% mite be yours
    but even then you will have to pay the entire bill...........

    Default someone please save me from Reliance goondas

    Oh horrible.
    Reliance is good for only one thing. Recovery of money.
    Even after complaining with the below mention, my problems have increased. I have Reliance goondas knocking on my door for recovery of money.
    I have been pleading with them not to call and harass and now they are knocking at my door.
    I don't know what could be next. I have file a complaint with Ministry of Telecommunication, for which the Ministry has forwarded my complaint to one Devender Singh, he hasn't replied to that yet.


    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for their wimax connection with cousuner number(369314541060) in bangalore .
    For months I faced lot of difficulty with their pathetic speed and harassment from their collections department for payment of bills.
    I have following complaints against them
    1. My speed was very low. I had taken 300kbps and I used to get download speed of les than 10kpbs. I had several complaints without any result.
    2. I used to get call for payment of bills from 15 of every-month for a bill which had due date of 1 or 2 the next month.
    Fed up with their service I asked for immediate termination of service, for which they had given me complaint ids (98816104), (98747182).I had asked for termination before 21-May-2009.<br />
    After that they didn't collect the Modem and antenna from my place for some days. After making calls to them they came and collected on 05-Jun-2009 with receipt.
    Now they are harassing me for the payment of one month of broadband charges June), without me using their services for single min during that time. I didn't even login to their services.
    Initially they said, there will not be any charges since the delay is from their side to take the Modem and antenna and now they are harassing me for payment of on full month.
    Kindly look into the matter, as I am facing harassment from their calls and mails.

    Default Reliance Netconnect Data card Wrong & Unfair bill

    Sir I have purchase Reliance data card on July 17, 2009 with 10GB Day & 10GB Night plan. In August 25, 2009 Bill it showing Rs.28000/- Bill which is absolutely wrong because my data usage in day & Night not exceed the Free usage limit of 10 GB Day & 10 GB Night. And when i complaints to Customer care they said that system is showing the correct bill. Sir plz i need help from u. Because Reliance is cheating the customer which cause mental harassment. I expect proper direction from u. My Proper Bill amount Should Be Rs.1298/- as per my usage but the Bill is generate for Rs.28000/-

    Default complaint against MSEB : Sudden rise of electricity bill

    MSEB, Thane.

    Subject: Sudden increase in meter readings. Request to check and resolve the problem.

    This is regarding sudden increment in the electricity bill for following meter:
    Customer number: 000014143467
    Meter number: 11008686
    Address: Jayagandha annexe/ 401, Ram Maruti road, Naupada, Thane (w)
    Month July-08 Aug-08 Sep-08 Oct-08 Nov-08 Dec-08 Jan-09 Feb-09 Mar-09 Apr-09 May-09 June-09
    Units 123 148 103 118 709 547 335 274 248 179 1092 1194

    I got married on 3rd December 2008. Hence due to additional usage, Nov-08 and Dec-08 units were high. Thus average units from July 08 to April 09 are 279 units.
    There is sudden increase in units from May 09. It has increased 4 times than average units.
    I already paid 7,350 rupees for May 09 along with a written complaint about sudden increase in units.
    Now, again June-09 bills shows 1194 units usage and bill amount of 8,420 rupees. It is not possible to keep on paying such high bills with assurance that something will be done from your side.
    There is something drastically wrong with readings in meter. Kindly look into same on priority.

    Dear Sir,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Default overcharge of bill

    i stay in a rented room, and we have to pay an elctricity bill of 5 rupees per unit every month.. which restricts us from buying anything electronic. when we asked the landlord to lower it down or show us the bill, he does not and says that the whole neighbourhood charges the same which is very taxing given the fact that we are outstation tenants and live paycheck to paycheck and pay our taxes to the govt rightfully, wherein the landlords don't even have to pay taxes from th eincome that they are earning as rent from the tenants.. we think that its ridiculous to pay our bill as well as the bill for their usage...please check this matter.

    Smile Unfair bills

    We have recd Unfair bills from MSEB N7 Aurangabad mentioned as 100 Average reading charged Rs.1000 ,meter not working & only two bulbs are blowing at evening between 6to 9 Pm as Medical students are staying . Officials are arrogant & also not listening. NON justice

    Govt shall revise their policy . if meter not workling then average of last 2-3 months & immediately it shall change .
    Custmoer shall not be penalised
