Subject:-Twice time Excess charges recived in electricity bill.

Dear Sir,

We had some sparking problem in the authorised B.S.E.S.meter and regarding the same
a complaint no 17 on date 29/03/09 which they did not rectify.

Therefore on 17 may 2009 the meter got burnt which was subsequently replaced on 23rd
may 2009.

A entire fault was from B.S.E.S. only but still we recieved a bill with additional
amount carring the cost of new meter.

When we raised this issiue they simply said to approach consumer court otherwise
there is no benefit to visit them.
