i m a victim of a careless employee of MPEB dept. they cut off my power line of my home on 17 sept 2011 even i had paid my electricity bill on dt. 05 sep 2011. and power is still off after complaining many times. i also paid 200 for restart my power service.. my mom has sliped at home and got pain in her leg beacause there was no light in my home. please help us

Dear Sir,
I am residing at 201 Mahak palace sec-G Bakhtawar Ramnagar Indore alone.I am the single user of the electricity.I am not using any T.V,Freeze,A.C,Cooler,Washing Machine,etc.I am using only tubelight and fan sometimes.I am using tubelights in evening only becoz I spend my whole day in my office.
I have got the bill of August 2011 Rs.1681 which is totally irrelivent.I generally get the bill of Rs.100-300 only,but in August 2011 I got Rs.1681
I have complained about this to Tilak Nagar Zone Indore,but they are just saying that bill is correct.

Our power meter actually showing 16547 units on dated 21/10/2011 ------->End units
Bill came for 16647 units as end unit

i.e Actually Bill is 16520 - 16547 units (27 Units) only
Instead of this we received bill 16520 - 1647 units (127 Units)

100 Units more than Actual

my name is anil shrivastava mob.no.9981456945. a electric connection is in our home by my mother's name smt mithla devi shrivastava residence mawati gali dadi khana datia elctricity is not coming from two days i complaint office by phone but they did receive my phone a went to office and registered complain they told me that light will repair within 2 hours but now again they did not receiving my call and light is not coming there is no body to listen complains and there is a very big problem of low voltage please solve my problem
