I am a consumer os the msedcl by name mustafa hardawala staying at krishna kewal township pune 48 and consumer no 160250008454 residing at pune. Past six months the company has changed the meter to the new digital one and my bills have gone up tremendously. Last for the month of june 09 i got a bill of rs 5000..............the only reason is used my one window a.c for night 5 to 6 hrs...............otherwise also there is exhorbitant bills being charged.

Kindly look into the same and help us poor citizens of free india
