In connection with My Meter No.23769357 CA 103004669; CRN No.2640105263 and bill No.101530111594 dated 05-11-2011, Address; B-58D, DDA Flat Raghubir nagar, Near Central School, Tagore Garden ,New Delhi-110027, it is stated that I hve been charged for 366 units whereas according to my previous bill No.101080101814 dated07-09-2011 amounting to Rs.1020/- which was already paid by me vide Receipt No.72, CRN no./CA no.103004669 on 26-09-2011 at BSES, Tagore Garden till meter reading5141(01-07-2011). It is now that my meter reading is 5325(today) whereas I have recieved the bill No.101530111594 dated 05-11-2011 amounting to Rs.850/- by 25-11-2011. The bill is obsolutely incorrect and I may be charged for 184 Units till date.

Subject : Delay in new electricity connection from BSES Rajdhani - BSES order no: 8000262189 Sub order no: 1001519576
I have applied for a new meter connection (Newly purchased flat, no earlier connection) (BSES Rajdhani - BSES order no: 8000262189 Sub order no: 1001519576) on 18/10/2011.Till date I haven’t been provided the connection. I have called BSES customer care for at least 20 times. Every time I am said, there is dues on my site and advised to contact Dabri more office. Every time I am assured someone will visit the site to confirm whether the dues are mine or not. I have once gone to your BSES, Dabri more office on 25^th Nov. There I was informed that there is a huge dues on my site, the person hasn’t paid bill for the last six months. Till date none from BSES bothered to come my flat to verify the issue. If someone hasn’t paid the dues why should I suffer? Its already more than 50 days. As per rule if there is technical feasibility I should be provided the connection within 30 days or BSES should communicate in writing (Delhi electricity supply code 2007,Chapter-III). More interesting, one meter has been installed yesterday in the same building . Then what about the pending dues ? I called the customer care again today .Reply from customer care was, there is a dues on your site. Situation is contradictory, oneside I am said there is a dues on the site otherside a new meter is installed in the same building. The customer care every time insist on going to there division-Dabri more. I have already visited once how many time I need to visit the division office. I don’t know what to do know. Please advice
