    Angry Low voltage in Uttam nagar

    Dear sir,

    I am a residence of Subash Park Extension II Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. Yesterday we faced a terrible power cut in the night, the whole night we could not sleep in wait of the power and when the power came it was not up to the mark. till now the voltage is very low around 130-140. The refrigrator is not working neither the cooler not the fan. we are really feeling very helpless.

    I would request all the concerned officials/authorities to take an immediate action regarding this and solve the low voltage problem.

    This is to inform you that I Rahul Bali Resident of Rz 66 B New Uttam
    Nagar Street no 5 facing the problem of No supply since 15hours.
    Actually there is no power supply since 9 o clock and as yet there no
    power supply. Now situation is becoming critical we are not able to do
    our daily task. I spoke to your customer care i laugh the complaint
    and complaint No was 250 and its more the 15 hours there is no
    response for the I spoke to customer care several time they gave me
    different response that your complaint will rectify by 12 of clock and
    then after they gave time that your complaint will sought on 5 o clock
    and then after the time was 8:30 clock AM. Not only this now when i
    talk to customer care around 11am they gave me the area complaint no.

    The NO was 01132529171 and the concern person was Mr. satish the
    movement I called that Person he was saying we are not aware about any
    NO SUPPLY IN New Uttam nagar , Se the fact after 15 hour consern
    department has not taken any action not only this they are not aware
    about the same.



    I think we are not Living in Rural and I don't think BSES is an GOVT
    organization where time is require for service.

    Sir,

    I have applied for new 2 connections for 2 floors of my house- C-144, Opp. Harikrishna Public School, Mansa Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, ND-59. Meters were installed on 05 Jan 2011, but, no electricity connection to the Meteres from main lines were provided by the staff so far. It is requested to direct the staff to provide electricity connection at the earliest.

    Default My Meter connection cut Down Without Notice

    Hi sir,
    I(Meera Devi) Add.-H.No.102, St no. 7 Phase-10 Shiv Vihar Karawal Nagar having New K No. 1251V8257669 want to make a complain against the pepole working in B.S.E.S. that without any prior notice they had come to my house and cut my electricity connection forcibly. Although I had a very small amount RS 870 only to pay to B.S.E.S So I want you to take some concrete action against it.

    My name is MORIUM BEGUM W/O SK SABIR ALI residence of H.
    No-12A/92.Gali No-15.Vijay Mohallah, Mauj Pur.Delhi-110053. I want to
    draw your kind attention towards my problem that I had already applied
    for the new meter connetion at my above said address and submitted all
    the supporting documents. My file No-N125010031290 date 9/3/10 in
    Nandagiri BSES office (12.5 pm). Till date there is no development in
    my case and every time BSES person gives me new excuse So, I am very
    frustrated and my voice falling in deaf ears.
    This is my humble request to the Senior management to look into the
    matter and provide me a new meter connection at earliest. As summer
    season is ahead it is very difficult to live without electricity.
    I have visited so many time your office for submission of installation
    fees but your employee response is very negative and not bothering for
    customer complain.
    Please solve my problem at earliest.

    average of Rs.450-650 against the average consumption of 200 to 400 units. This can

    im Dhruv Sharma s/o Kamal Kumar Sharma A/T1 WARD NO1 NEAR PRAKASH APPARTMENT MEHRAULI NEW DELHI ,i stay with my family. on 25/4/11 as usual me & mine wife went to office ,at home nobody was there ,at 3:30 pm one sanjay named a person came & unusing mine meter since 3 hours ,sanjay came in mine home at 4:30pm & said mine wife that im from BSES he asked mine wife that gave me 9000/- or i will take your meter so mine wife got scared & gave him 9000/- but i was in AIIMS duty then at 7:00pm i came mine home & mine wife told about all these things so on 28/4/11 i went to police station & complaint about fraud meter reader sanjay & he gave mine wife address M-17/18, MOTI NAGAR NEW DELHI ,CONTACT NUMBERS 9891784978, 9582690520, 9999847073. i gave mine complaint to police & BSES but they are not finding this fraud person so now i decided to give this complaint to police commissioner +911123490010

    Respected Sir,
    I Anil Seth R/o 11A/26, W.E.A, Channa Market Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
    I Have Five Electricity Meters in my House out of that one Electric meter Ca No. 100552869 in Name of my Grand Father.
    There Electicity bill was not received from last two consecutive Cycle and Even I ask Every time to Person who collect from me other meters due that Please also collect this meter charges from me but they ask me that they have only record of Dues above Rs. 5000 so when this meter bill is Cross Rs. 5000/- its come in our record there after we collect from you.
    On 17/10/2011 your collecting Person visit my house and show me this meter due amount Rs. 4990/- and I issue them Cheque for same Amount immediately.
    But On 19/10/2011 at Around 4.30 P.M one another person visit my house and told to my mother age 75 that your bill is still unpaid. my mother told this is gentleman that my son already pay cheque of this bill. But there after this gentleman unnecessary harass my mother age 75 year, Even my Mother request that they d'nt know where my son keep records , please you can check it in morning, But this gentleman required some money for come again. my mother refuse go give there visitng charges.
    As Result this gentleman disconnect my electricity Connection and use very Worst language.
    At This time only mother age 75 year old present in home.
    Even there humble request they never looking Humanity,
    Kindly seriously Look into matter and take necessary action against this person .
    and also Re Connect my electricity connection immediately
    I already pay it through cheque no.950096 , Cheque dated 18/10/2011 Drawn on Central Bank of India for Rs. 4990/-, and Transaction reference Number 114013819100090.

    Even When I Come to know all this i immediately call to your Customer Care Number but Person who Attend my call are of same track and same language that the person who disconnect my electricity supply.

    If You have Record of Recording with this person around 5.15 P.M from my Mobile Number 9811079939 Please Check it and judge Response to customer problem
