sir,i just purched a wall fan on 23/04/2010 from tri nagar,now it have some problem,when i call to customer care they will give me complaint no.1103045835,his executive will come on30/03/11 and tols me that it is under warranty so the fan will be changed,two days there is no response from company then i call at customer care they tell me ur fan is not in under warranty then i call to mr. david (area manager) no.01130416301,he will tell me i will solve ur problem and call to ramneek enterprises to changed ur fan.but now ramneek enterprises and mr.davis both are refuse to change the part or fan,and demanding for money.i think this is cheating by both the fan is under warranty,plz tell me what i do for that.
