This is to bring your kind attention that i have been applied a new electricity connection for the
FLAT NO. 501, ROYAL ESTATE, ZIRAKPUR punjab on 06-01-2011 in the name of Jaya Achar. As of now
we are residing at Delhi and while applying the connection they assured me that it will get installed
within 15 days. later on i am in touch with the department people from past 3 and half months still the metere
not yet installed.

Whom should i contact and where should i complaint regarding this matter , i am not able to underastand.
It is difficult for us to hear the way the language when i start the query regarding the matter.

Kindly look into the same and resolve the matter.
