dear sir/madam,
i am joginder singh s/o sh. faggu ram resident of village talheri rangran, p.o.-manumajra, tehsil barara, distt.-ambala (haryana). i am the regular consumer of domestic electricity which is supplied by uttar haryana bijli vitran nigam limited(sub division adhoya). i paid regular bill of my metre. but another person mr. harbhajan singh s/o kasturi lal due bill amount transfer in my bill amount. but i don't know the mr. harbhajan singh. i did not ever see him. but his metre no. p-626 and his bill amount rs. 7821 transfer in my account. i am ready to pay my bill amount but the JE(mr. harish) and SDO of sud division adhoya force me to pay mr. harbhajan bill amount. i am poor person. my bill amount approximately 250p.m. and i paid it p.m. i am not able to pay any defaulter person bill amount. and the JE(mr. harish) and SDO give me warning to disconect my metre at 21/03/2011.and i gave to written application to JE(harish) but he rejected my application. so now what i want to do. so i request to you sir/madam please do needful. so that i do not face another problem.
